6 TIPS TO BOOST YOUR PERSISTENCE

Soon I will be very proud to say that my book is ready. That took a while. More than two years.There is also a lot of perseverance involved.
The path to success can be tricky. Making dreams work may be even more difficult. It is already difficult to know what your real dream is. You have probably experienced your real dream before in your life and probably parked it, under the guise of: “that is impossible”. But yes, you can achieve anything you want. But, it requires a dose of perseverance.
Today 6 tips to help you achieve what you want to realise, to make dreams work.
Perseverance comes down to believing, even when the whole world is against you. It starts with overcoming fatigue, resistance and uncomfortable circumstances. The courage to work hard, not to be distracted by what is happening in your environment and to keep going.

Tidy and tidy
1: Overcome inner resistance.
The voice in your head wants to keep you in your comfort zone. That's that little voice that tells you that you are not going to succeed, that there is not enough time, that there are so many other things to be done, that others are better. Go against it and keep going. Show yourself that you can. Success is a source of energy, it can be addictive, so watch out for success.
2: Grow up.
Take responsibility for your actions. Stop looking for excuses and story-thinking. Do what needs to be done and don't whine. Go the extra mile. Go for it with a smile on your face.
3: Good preparation is half the battle.
Start your day with time for yourself. Go for a walk early in the morning, meditate, or write in your journal. This creates clarity. Main and side issues are separated. You get an overview. Choose the three most important assignments for today. That's your to-do list for today: really finish three things. Make sure you are not disturbed and do not get distracted or tempted to check e-mails or browse the internet, before the three main tasks are finished. Ensure 100% focus on the important things of your to-do list.
4: Take care of yourself.
Keep your energy up to standard. Eat healthy and keep your body fit. Take regular breaks from work to relax and refuel with oxygen. Provide regular distractions and fun things in a week. Don't get stuck in the things that don't work or have failed. Focus on your goal. Spend time with family and friends. Charge yourself.
Don't ever give up. Don't ever give in. Don't ever stop trying. Don't ever sell out. And if you find yourself succumbing to one of the above for a brief moment, pick yourself up, brush yourself off, whisper a prayer, and start where you left off. 5: take action.
Pick up the phone and call that one person who can help you. That can be very scary. Yet the worst that can happen is just that this person has no time or desire. Is that so bad? If you have a dream go for it! Take action. You do not have to quit your job immediately, but you can already make a plan, do an internship, register for a study program or course. Taking action prevents fear. It gives you energy.

6: Now Do One More Thing.
When you've had enough of what you're doing, do one more thing. A little thing; just call someone who is important to you; write another page; another blog for my site
This way you keep fun and you really go to work on your dreams.
